Update of visa exemption arrangements for the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia Following recent updates to Thailand’s visa exemption scheme, including the ending of the 60-day visa exemption and the adjustments to the 30-day visa exemption and Visa on Arrival (VoA) scheme, from 15 September 2026, ordinary passport holders from the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia continue to enter Thailand under the visa exemption scheme as follows:

1. Holders of Chinese (1) ordinary passports and (2) passports for public affairs are exempted from visa in accordance with the Bilateral Agreement between Thailand and the People’s Republic of China to enter Thailand for up to 30 days. Extensions of stay are subject to individual circumstances.

2. Holders of Mongolian ordinary passports are exempted from visa in accordance with the Bilateral Agreement between Thailand and Mongolia to enter Thailand for up to 30 days. Extensions of stay are subject to individual circumstances.

3. To apply for a Thai e-Visa, please visit the official Thai e-Visa website (www.thaievisa.go.th). For an extension of stay, please contact a local Immigration Office in Thailand for further information. (www.immigration.go.th)

鉴于泰国免签政策的最新调整，包括取消60天免签政策以及对30天免签和落地签（VoA）政策的调整，自2026年9月15日起，中华人民共和国与蒙古国的普通护照持有人可继续依据泰国与两国签署的双边签证免签协定入境泰国。相关政策内容如下：

1.中国公民：持有中华人民共和国普通护照及公务普通护照人员，可根据泰国与中华人民共和国之间签订的双边协定免签入境泰国，单次停留期最长不超过30天。

2.蒙古国公民：持有蒙古国普通护照人员，可根据泰国与蒙古国之间签订的双边协定免签入境泰国，单次停留期最长不超过30天。

3.(1) 如需申请泰国电子签证，请访问泰国官方电子签证网站（www.thaievisa.go.th）。

(2) 有关停留期延期事宜，须在合法停留期限内直接向泰国当地移民局提交申请，由移民局根据个人具体情况进行审理。如需办理延期停留，请直接联系泰国当地移民局以获取更多信息（www.immigration.go.th）。
