Postdoctoral Fellow in Cancer Biology
课题组及PI简介
课题组 位于新加坡国立大学（National University of Singapore, NUS）Cancer Science Institute of Singapore（CSI）。
PI于University of Oxford获得PhD学位，随后在Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine进行博士后研究，并于2025年在NUS/CSI建立独立课题组。研究主要关注癌细胞分裂、泛素依赖性调控，以及高阶分子和细胞结构的组装与重塑，相关研究发表于Nature、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology等期刊。
Yeow Lab关注细胞如何建立、维持及重塑关键的多蛋白复合体和高阶细胞结构，以及这些过程如何产生癌症相关的生物学脆弱性。

Research directions
目前课题组主要研究方向包括：
1.TRIM E3 ligases, ubiquitin and higher-order cellular assemblies
2.Innate immune signalling and molecular immunology
3.Proteotoxic stress responses
4.Cancer cell division, mitosis and genome stability
课题组于2025年成立，目前已有多个研究项目正在积极推进。我们希望招募一位优秀博士后，在这些研究基础上独立负责并深入推进一个机制性研究项目，并将其发展为高质量的原创研究。
Candidate profile
Applicants should have:
A PhD, or be close to completing a PhD, in cancer biology, cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, genetics or a related discipline.
At least one substantive first-author or co-first-author original research paper arising from their PhD research that has been published or accepted for publication.
Clear evidence ofintellectual and experimental ownershipof their previous research.
The ability to formulate mechanistic questions and design experiments that distinguish between competing hypotheses.
Strong experimental, organisational, communication and collaborative skills.
Applicants with expertise inubiquitin/E3 ligase biology, molecular immunology, protein regulation, quantitative imaging, functional genomics or proteomicsare particularly encouraged to apply.
Lab environment
Yeow Lab是一个国际化、合作型的科研团队。English is the primary working language of the laboratory, including scientific discussions, lab meetings and writing. 团队成员之间日常也可以使用中文交流。
博士后将与PI保持直接、定期的科研交流，同时在项目推进中拥有充分的自主性。
